Publication of Statutory Procedures

On Tuesday 28th November 2017 the Department published the Statutory Procedures for the A5 Western Transport Corridor. The advertisement can be viewed under ‘Documents’ at the bottom of the page. This included the Environmental Statement: Notice of Intention to Proceed and the Notice of Making of Vesting Order - Phase 1A.

The Trunk Road T3 (Western Transport Corridor) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017 was made on Tuesday 28th November 2017.

Affected landowners will have received written notification and plans showing the areas of land that the Department proposes to vest to construct the Proposed Scheme – Phase 1A.

A hard copy of each of these Orders and the ES has been placed on display at the following locations and may be inspected at all reasonable hours between 28th November 2017 and 12th January 2018;
